In the technologically driven society, most of the people have convenient while performing their job at home because of their own computer and telephone. I believe its disadvantages outweigh its benefits because the working enviroment get distrubs and efficiency will decrease.This essay will describe its disadvantage outweigh its benefits.

One of the major disadvantages of it is the output of the work will get decreased.This is because people at home have different enviroment at their home which disturbs their working enviroment. Sometime they may engage in their personal activities during office hour rather than focusing on their work as a result efficiency will be decreased. In addition to this, they may more focus on social media and chances of telling lie in the work will be more than in the office.Different person have different intension and ethics towards the work so they always prefer to tell lie about their work and enjoys the personal life at home even they have work load. For instance, most of the employee in the corporate industry enjoys their personal life by just opening their office portal. Thus, I believe its disadvantages outweigh its advantages.

In Contrast, it has also some advantages as it have convenient time for work and solve the personal problem whenever it occurs. Sometime there may be a emergency while performing the work and working at home provides the benefit of doing the work whenever i get time after solving the problem so that the work will not get disturbed.For example, many employee get the personal time during covid 19 and perform their duties from home without disturbing office work. Therefore, it provide the convenient time and help to increase of sense of belongingness among families and friends.

In conclusion, although people get time for their family during work from home, i believe they may get distracted from their work and involve in their personal work during the office time.
