Now days, people prefer to work from home with the help of electronic gadgets such as personal computer and telephones. According to my own experience with the tele communication, I believe working from house has more benefits than going to work.

Firstly, In the process of exploring the heights of technology people tend to neglect the regulations. In spite of steadily growing work from home agenda, performing a task from the home can be a cheat code for lazy individuals. Hence, a real time presence of worker helps to build new ideas and opportunity for new commers that tend to be passionate towards their task and purse to overcome every possible mistake. For instance, individuals with the determination to learn and improve will purse steady improvement, meanwhile working from house grands limited access to the ongoing task that is unfortunately less reliable and insufficient.

On the other side of the alternative, working from home enables individuals to spend plenty of time with their loved ones or family. Regardless of having a wealthy status, If you do not have a healthy family circle the time, money and hard work that a worker deploys throughout the session will be a burden and waste of time. Hence, invaluable love should be shared among the family surrounding. Additionally, performing a task from house will significantly deduct the travelling time to arrive at the workspace that can be used efficiently while working from own apartment. For example, an individual saves approximately the half working hours that is required for attending workplace and returning back to the apartment. Due to unexpected traffic jams there can be a risk of being fired from the work for arriving late. Therefore, a huge amount of invaluable time is being secured and invested appropriately.

In conclusion, disadvantage and advantage related to working from home stands with their own diversities. However, considering the use of valuable time for our loved ones and using the travel time efficiently, I tend to believe the advantages outweighs the disadvantages respectively.
