From my perspective, I strongly agree that smartphones have more drawbacks than advantages.

Prolonged use of mobile phones can lead to symptoms such as blurred vision and dry eyes. The impact of blue light on the body is substantial, which is why it is often recommended to avoid using phones in bed to reduce the likelihood of sleep disruptions.
