A further well-known cause would be the problem of anxiety and depression which people can face due to increasing of these crime rates. Finally, the stolen funds might support other crimes, such as drug distribution or even terrorism.
Turning to the possible solutions, perhaps the most effective measure is to improve personal security. For example, if a person applied strong passwords on his or her personal information, or not sharing any important data with anyone, this would deny the criminals to work with raw materials. Furthermore, government should take initiative to aware the people, especially young ones about the risks of sharing data because they are often targeted by cyber-criminals. Lastly, businesses might contact to security companies who can provide the powerful detection system, leading to enhanced security.
Overall, the problems of this trend have the financial and social impact, and the solutions should involve highly detection system and security that would be used by businesses and ordinary people to protect themselves from cybercrime.
