Nowadays, with the development of industrialization and modernization, living of human standards have been extended greatly as well as human’s right are being paid closely attention. Indeed, as a result of such advances, there still remains a controversial topic about whether distance-learning class or face-to-face programs. Some people think that learning through computer programmers are better while others argue that studying directly is the best process.
First of all, traditional classes are the best way to bring students excitement and curiosity when learning. Obviously, studying directly gives students closer contact with teachers and friends, thereby to have more opportunities to obtain valuable knowledge and common social skills which cannot be studied from books. Not only that it can also increase interaction, promoting students’ physical, intellectual and emotional development. For example, during the outbreak of Covid-19, students had to study online at home, but sometimes there was no internet connection or signal loss, causing the class to be interrupted, making it even more difficult to absorb knowledge. As a result, face-to-face classes are still one of the top teaching optimization choices for teachers nowadays.
However, online learning methods also have many good points and are more convenient than normal classroom. Indirectly, learning can significantly save travel time and reduce gasoline oil costs which causes seriously environmental pollution. Not only that, this way of learning is increasingly popular in technology era. For instance, according to statistics, in today’s modern society, more than 80% of the world’s population uses the internet every day to handle their work. For that reason, online classes are broadly expanding in scale as well as the quality of service they provide.
In conclusion, each method has different advantages and disadvantages, but most of all it is our own efforts. Choosing a learning method is only a small part that contributes to our success.
