In today’s fast-paced world, scholars are required to work for a company without salaries. While these students may miss school lessons more, I believe that this is mainly a positive development in that adolescents can gain much experience about their dream jobs.
One of the disadvantages of working during school times is that children may not find time to study school subjects. If teenagers start working for a company, they are required to attend in workplaces for much time in order to adopt the atmosphere and enhance the bond between other staff members. As a result, they would not find time for classes and homework than all students need to done them on time. In contrast, those who do not work for a company might have enough time for dealing with these obligations. If adolescents do not pay sufficient attention to their curriculums, they may not acquire knowledge, will not obtain degree or will not be accepted to universities; and without qualification, finding appropriate occupation may also be challenging. Taking banks into account, as it is considered one of the serious places, all workers must possess a diploma relating to this concept; and those who with work experiences but without qualifications may also not work in them.
On the other hand, this trend can help teenagers work in their dream jobs. If pupils are engaged in working for particular companies for free, they can acquire knowledge in their early ages, and learn how to behave or how to make right decisions during serious circumstances by monitoring other staff members’ effort. In contrast, those who focus on only theoretical approach, cannot enhance their practical skills and will definitely encounter certain issues because of less empirical development. Accountants, for instance, are required not only theories related to this domain, but also practical knowledge to calculate using special applications on computers. This suggests that empirical approach is essentially valuable, and every member of the companies need to own this skill.
In conclusion, while engaging only in working for a company for free might disrupt students learning school subjects, in my opinion, this development is for better in that it enables adolescents to gain more experience about their dream jobs.
