Finding a satisfying job after completing graduation has become a difficult task for many graduates. As per my perspective, many reasons have led to this situation. But preventive steps should be taken to combat the scenario. All the root causes along with possible solution is discussed in following paragraph.
Nowadays, increase in population had many disadvantages and this disadvantage is one of them. The vacancies are getting open nowadays is rapidly get filled. And the number of vacancies is getting open in compared to population is very less. This encourages people to work in the other profession instead of their profession. Even more many universities offers courses which are totally focused on theoretical knowledge and has very less weightage on practical knowledge. Which also lead to lack of practical skills. Also, the main reason is that many people are not employable due to lack of practical skills.
Controlling population is impractical solution to provide to this problem. To overcome this problem government, universities and employer have to find the best solution by working together. Most of the employer have to reshuffle their hiring criteria and only hire to people who has education in that particular field. Many universities should improve their course weightage in the area of practical knowledge to impower people in practical skills. And doing this may leads to better results. And government also have to generate new vacancies for skilled people.
In conclusion, graduates are unable to find job in their field because of too much competition in any field. However, combined efforts of government, industries and institutions can help to curb this situation.
