Finding a suitable job after completing graduation has become a difficult task for many graduates. As per my perspective, many reasons have led to this situation, but certain preventive steps must be taken to combat the scenario. All the root cause along with the possible solutions to them are discussed in the following paragraphs.
Rapidly increasing population has led to situation where a finding job in the desired field is getting difficult. Firstly, the rising candidate for jobs are not satisfied by the number of job vacancy available. This is the outcome of a big crowd selecting a common career option. Secondly, many individuals are influenced by their peers’ while selecting a career for their future. The classmates play a critical role in that, as the dominant person of class can manipulate the decisions of many. For instance, some of my friends wanted to pursue graphic designing, but were not allowed by their parents, just because the parents wanted to see their child as an engineer, they strictly put boundaries around him.
According to me, there are many solutions to this issue. First and foremost, with new development and advancements it is also necessary to aware individuals and groups so that each and understand and empathize scholars. Along with that, the schools and respected teachers must guide their students to select a career where they can find opportunities and jobs when they face real word. For example, our school keeps quarterly sessions for the discussion on future paths and available demand in the market for professions.
In conclusion, each student should understand that selecting a field in the peer pressure is a disaster. In addition, explaining our parents for new and demanding field could helps us many was.
