Right now I’m a student in China, but my motherland is Kazakhstan so I’m a foreign student. As a foreign student, sometimes I think that I study and live with my family is it could be a right choice or a wrong? After thinking about it too many times I made a decision that it could be a wrong choice.
What is the difference between who studied far from family with family? There big difference between them and I feel it for myself, when I was in graduation year at school, last year that felt like I am a student who lives with his parents. Because the only thing I care was just studying, I know about it because most of my friends who graduated the same year as me they are right now, living and studying with their family. But now I have more *responsibility* than I had in the last year. I have a lot of stuffs to do every day like cooking 3 times per day, wash clothes by myself, clean up my room, wash dishes, take care of myself more carefully and with that I have to study,improve my soft skills and spiritually, sometimes I think that 24 hours not enough. Big difference is maturing. When I leave my motherland, I realize that with my family I have to left my childhood and whatever I do it will affect on my future. That’s why I am proud of myself, I made the right decision.
But living with family is so bad? No, it isn’t. Every situation has their advantage and the disadvantage. Living with family you have free time and in this time you can do whatever you do and financially it’s easy because you don’t have to spend money to rent apartment and something like that also you get from family support and comfort so living with family you get stable life. But what about disadvantage living with family? Every time when you’re gonna do something to on your own, they’re trying to control you you just depend on your parents opinion so you lose your self-sufficient. What about the students that studying far from home? As I mentioned later that type of student will maturing you have freedom and you can use this to right path or a wrong pass that will be your decision also studying in different city or country improve your communication and manage your money skills. Disadvantageous is hard to adaptation, sometimes you will have some money trouble and a major disadvantage is loneliness and stress from many factors of life and unfortunately nobody can support you because they don’t care they have own stress.
So I want to make conclusion how both of this will affect to future. Stay with family gives you stable life that’s mean you have enough time and support for learning new skills that will be useful in the future. Left your family gives you heart emotional skills that can help you go towards your dream and goals so both part is good difference is who you wanna become.
