It is stated that a lot of young individuals trying to find their future job based on its salary. Although they lose their job satisfaction working there, they might get financial insecurity.
On the one hand, job satisfaction is also playing crucial role in young people’s future jobs as they might work there as long as they like. That is to say, when young men searching the job to give application form, they should choose rather they wants to earn more money, or find the job which is they would like to do. Since they prefer job satisfaction in addition to salary, they will work in that job with full of joy as it is what they like to do. Consequently, getting job satisfaction may leads to that individuals to stay longer on the job they choose. Mexica, can be a vivid example of this trend, as it records 85%(2023) young people choose the job satisfaction rather than earning more money.
On the other hand, it is better to choose future job based on the salary, to gain financial stability. This is because, as young people prefer to work on the job based on its salary, it may result that they will get enough money to start a new life. Consequently, as those individuals might work in well paid jobs, it may lead to financial insecurity to sustain their family at the same time buying whatever they want. In Germany, for example, provide well paid jobs for those individuals which wants to get enough money to sustain their family.
To conclude, I assume that job satisfaction can also be as important as salary, but great salary is what young people need to provide their family with all necessities.
