Another major problem, the quality of education is going to lower and lower in medical universities and college because if in our region don’t have a smart and experiences doctor, we are not able to shared knowledge from one generation to the next. It means that science research would pause for a while and the country lags behind the technological and innovative progress.
On the other hand, the government should take meres, and the issues can be alleviated. The government need to improve work conditions noticeable in order to attract more and more professionals doctors like urologists and cardiologists. They could arrange an internship program within the country, and it will contribute to deter these problems. Another policy that can be introduced, the government should to invest money in their education and science to develop their technologies. It can have a positive effect, people from others country may visited this region in order to check the conditions of health or perform surgery.
