It’s commonly believed that all jobs can be accomplished with equally efficiency regardless of genders. From my perspective , while it is reasonable that some people might disagree with this statement due to the matter of each gender’s strengths , I strongly confirmed that everyone can do all jobs with no different in quality and quantity.
On one hand , admittedly, both males and females have equal quality and skills . Since the possession of same level of intelligence , critical thinking skills , wisdom , creativity , or problem-solving skills leads to the job performances depend on education , experience , knowledge and dedication, not gender . In modern society, women are becoming successful in leadership , engineering and medicine , whereas men are performing equally in teaching , nursing and childcare.
On the other hand , the limitations has already eliminated due to the transforming in technology and social . Advances in technology and machinery has totally replaced the role of male’s physical characteristic in manual labor , each female can implement in various fields without challenges in strength . Moreover , equipment , automation , and teamwork allow both gender to work efficiently and safely leads to the blue-collar worker isn’t generally suitable for only men , women can easily become construction workers or electricians . Additionally , equal rights and anti-discrimination laws ensure fair opportunities and promotions , leading to the remove of traditional barriers that once limited male and female abilities .
In conclusion , for all jobs , different genders don’t affect to jobs achievements, instead of academic qualifications and work experiences . Therefore , I strongly agree to the idea that everyone can do all jobs as productive as the other.
