It is generally believed by many people that funds should be allocated to the construction of new public buildings, services, and revitalization of present structures. I fully agree with this opinion. In my view, it is crucial to create new projects that are in line with modern times.

New buildings can be designed with the latest technologies, ensuring they meet the current needs of society and are more suitable for the future. The construction helps develop infrastructure by creating modern and convenient spaces for citizens, such as new museums, libraries, or hospitals. This, in turn, improves the quality of life and meets the increasing needs of the community. Moreover, they are sufficiently advanced and convenient to operate.

In addition, another reason that is often overlooked is the generation of jobs and the support of the economy. The process of building new structures generates employment opportunities, which, in turn, significantly boosts the economy. Building projects require not only architects, engineers, and workers, but also professionals in other fields such as logistics, design, and landscaping. These projects demand substantial resources and labor, stimulating local businesses and supporting industries like material production, transportation, and equipment manufacturing.

In conclusion, based on the two reasons analyzed above, I strongly agree with this idea.
