In contacts, in the past there was not any opportunity communicating can leads to losing contacts. Additionally, implementing remote work can help to reduce work cost, like buildings
On the other hand, in modern life people tend to communicate via digital technologies, that can feel less emotional than face to face communication. For instance, some messages can be misunderstood because of lack of emotions and interactions.
