A lot of people are living with people they are not familiar with in a co-living space, where traditional houses are availbale for rent to live alone. From my point of view, this can be wise in few cases and sometimes the opposite.
A compelling argument on the view is that, whether people who choose to live with unknown persons are taking the right decision or wrong. Because, in this modern era of living in cities with higher ameneties comes with huge rents too. For that reason, mostly people who are living without their families are choosing to stay with unfamiliar individuals to split their bills and to avoid paying extra amounts for regular housing. Consequently, this seems more affordable to save more and this plays a significant role in their financial health.Equally significant is the fact that, sharing apartment with unknown people can be risky for many people. The underlying reason behind that is, a person can only be known and recognized perfectly when they are spending more time together and sharing moments. While it is not easy to identify human behaviour before any interactions, sharing house with them might not be enough trustworthy and reasonable. For instance, living with someone except any background check can be absolutely devastating as the individual could be a criminal or convicted for a felony. For that reason, this can bring unexpected complexities in a persons life.
To conclude, living with unknown individuals can be affordable and financially perfect. At the same time it can bring surprises which can hamper a peaceful lifestyle, which could be avoided in a traditional stay.
