It is sometimes argued that the majority of individuals do not concern about the problems related to surrounding areas. While I disagree with this statement, I do believe that there may be some people who do not care about environmental issues.
There are several reasons why I would argue against the view that people do not care about their surroundings. Firstly, nowadays there are a lot of manufacturers and factories which produce electric cars. These companies even make hybrid vehicles in order to reduce harm to the environment. For example, the world-wide known company ‘Tesla’ produces approximately 26.000 of hybrid cars per year. Secondly, almost every country tries to abandon hunting on animals, such as deer and rabbits because their diversities become less. Finally, these days there are established enormous amounts of agencies which take care about some species of plants and animals.
On the other hand, more and more individuals show less interest to global problems. These people do not concern about vital issues due to they do not have concretely conceptional of future troubles. Individuals even take a part in this process by throwing rubbish, such as plastics and papers, which has a crucial effect on plants and animals. In addition, in the last two decades in our world were established extremely huge numbers of factories, running on fuels that harm us and cause air and water pollution. Finally, it is not secret that most of the animals are killed by hunters, which is the main reason of decreasing diversity level.
In conclusion, I personally believe that individuals sometimes do not care about environment and even harm to it, but there are significant attempts to prevent future ecological issues.
