There is an ongoing argument about whether the majority of emergency issues can be coped with by worldwide enterprise only. From my perspective, I largely disagree with this view.
When an urgent problem occured, domestic organization can address it immediately. As an illustration, a serious earthquake was happening in Japan recently. Instead of waiting from international support, Japanese domestic cooperations started to rescuing individuals and evacuating the residents rapidly. Japanese nations cooperation have regular practices to overcome the emergency issues, which could minimize the setbacks from the natural disasters. Furthermore, when the emergency situations happend, local cooperations have no language barriers and they are familiar with the area when rescuing individuals and deal with the urgent circumstances.
However, there is no denying that worldwide organizations could be more efficient to deal with the urgent circumstances, as they gathered a variety of experienced professionals, experiences, and equipments. For instance, there is a wildfire happening in France now, there nearby countries provides experienced wildfire experts, equipments and methods to control the fire. Due to the help by other countries’ enterprises, the wild fire are controlled and did not damage more forest. Having the support from worldwide company can reduce the lose when the urgent issues happend.
In conclusion, while international cooperation can solved the issues efficiently, domestic organization can issuing the urgent problems immediately without waiting for help.
