Some people believe that having short-term leaves is immensely useful for people throughout the year. However, there is an argument that opposes it. This essay will discuss both sides but I assume that people who have long-term leaves are more effective way to work.
On the one hand, there are some reasons why some people think short vocation is vital for them. Since frequent breaks do not completely disturb employees’ schedule, they can adapt quickly. For example, if a person breaks two days vacations, he is able to continue his workloads smoothly. Moreover, taking short-term leaves makes individuals to be more disciplined for their time. They intend to balance both their workload and leisure time efficiently, since the vocation period is limited.
On the other hand, extended vacations give various profound benefits which some people prefer taking long holidays. Firstly, long-term leaves offer individuals to unwind deeply. If a person takes a month vocation, he has a lot of time to relax which is essential for physical and mental health. Secondly, extended breaks provide people the opportunity to travel the world. Long breaks allow them to visit new places, explore other cultures and traditions without feeling rushed. Finally, individuals have plenty of time to spend their breaks with families or friends. For instance, parents and children can take part several activities, such as family road trips or traditional celebrations which significantly strengthens family bonds.
In conclusion, both sides provide several advantages for individual. While, frequent breaks allow people to be more disciplined and adapt quickly, I believe that extended vacations offer them to relax deeply and spend quality time with loved ones.
