In this day and age, it’s widely argued that the foundation of news reporting must give priority to objectivity over subjectivity. In this essay, I will examine the reasons why I believe all information from news reporting nowadays is not always accurate before proposing the importance of a newspaper.

In addition, many news and facts are often exaggerated and sensationalized, especially on social media, to gain higher public attention, also contributes significantly to the spread of misinformation. As a result, even though there are professional and reliable journalism which provide accurate information, every news is not truthful and remain objective.
However, the newspaper from credible media outlets still plays a very crucial role in modern life. Firstly, the newspaper provides citizens with updates on a wide range of topics, including current events, politics, economy, and education. This helps people to understand the world better, catch up with news faster, and make more informed decisions with news. Secondly, the newspaper can offer a balanced perspective for readers, which allows people to become more clear-sighted when receiving information from multiple sources. Moreover, public awareness of alarming problems like climate change and international conflicts can be raised by the newspaper, thereby promoting the protection of environment or fostering peace among people.
