A number of people argues that we should save those animals that are beneficial for mankind and let other animals to die and there is no need to waste resources in saving extinting species of animals. I completely disagree with this opinion and supporting to this I will be providing a list of reasons in this essay.
To begin with mostly the animals which are not useful to humans are wild animals like lions, tigers, crocodiles and many more. First of all, we all need to understand that the wild animals are very essential part of environment. They all are contributing very significant role in the food chain of animals. If any one animal form the food cain gets extincted then it will drastically affect the environment. For instance, if tigers gets completely extinted then the count of herbivores animals get increased resulting in decrease in green land and there will be more chances of soil erosion, which reduces the soil fertility.
Secondly, the wild animals can be used as a source of study for various university students. There are many that are going on how the polar bear been able to survive in such extream weather condition also how cheetah can run so fast in comparison to other animals.
Knowingly or unknowing we humans have done so much environmental damage that many species of animal come to an verge of extinction, it is all because of deforestation and increase in pollution level in the atmosphere. So, it is the fault of humans and it is responsibility of them to save this animals.
To conclude, all the animals are the part of the eco-system and all of them are interconnected. Supporting only those animals which are useful to human will ultimately damage the environment.
