In recent years, there has been a growing trend of many young people are allowed to use phones every day. While this development may bring certain benefits, I believe that it is largely a negative development.
Admittedly, this trend can have some benefits. One notable issue is that many children use their mobile phones for online learning. This is because mobile phones have a variety of different apps for learning, which may lead to teenagers studying online at home or anywhere. For instance, many young people can improve their English skills by using apps on their smartphones, such as Duolingo. However, these effects are relatively limited.
Despite these concerns sides, I would argue that this trend is highly harmful overall. The primary reason is that mobile phones are distracting. This means that children spend much time playing games on phones instead of online learning, resulting in poor time management. Furthermore, health issues are another factor. It means that children spend many hours on their phones daily. As a result, this is lead to eye strain and headache issues, which clearly shows the significance of this development.
In conclusion, although there are some minor advantages, I firmly believe that this is a negative development overall dur to mobile phones are distracting and heath issues.
