In today’s society, having both parents go out for work is more common than in the past, and it is seen almost everywhere. This kind of family works very well but it might have some problems in it. In this essay, I will consider some problems that might cause and give some solutions to it.
To start with, parents who both have jobs will spend less time with their children and cannot take care of them on workdays, especially toddlers or infants. The reason is some jobs force them to work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. such as official workers, store assistants, etc. Therefore, their children will lack the love of their parents, and this will impact their childhood memories. What is more, families that have parents go out to work means that nobody will do the housework, so at the end of the day, there will be a wide variety of housework that is waiting to be done. This can make both husbands and wives tired and depressed.
To solve these problems, there are some possible advice that can help. Firstly, if both parents have very busy jobs, they should ask their relatives to help them look after their babies or they can rent a babysitter, send their children to kindergarten. But importantly, they must know how to arrange their work properly so their children will not have any lonely or isolated memories. Secondly, when there are lots of housework that need to be done, husband and wife should do it together or they can teach their children to do some basic things like do the laundry, wash dishes, etc, they can also afford some technology tools for housework.
In conclusion, both parents who have jobs can be very busy, cannot take care of their babies and both can feel exhausted at the end of the day. However, they can ask for relatives’s help, rent babysitters, or send their children to kindergarten, and they should know how to share housework
