It is true that students finding a job after school have already became a heavily problem. This has led to severe consequences in the field of undergraduates. In this essay, I will analyze the causes and solutions of this problem.
The possible reason for this issue would be come from different aspects. First point is the increase of the number of undergraduates. Nowadays, country and society pay more and more attention to education. The government introduced some policies about education in order to make sure every child can learn knowledge equally whether or not they have a good economic situation, which increase the number of college students to a large extent. This change will lead companies improve their standard when selecting employees so it makes it more difficult for graduates to find a job. For individual, most of the undergraduates want to possess a satisfied job such as flexible time management with high wage, due to their rich knowledge. They are unwilling to do some manual labour which requires large physical consuming. This is one of the reasons why university graduates become unemployed.
To resolve this problem, firstly it is necessary for government to implement policies which are conduce to graduates. For instance, the government can distribute working opportunities for students when they graduate or undergraduates are able to have priority when they apply for a job. Besides, individual also need to change their mindset. There are some speeches and lectures can be taken in the schools and communities to encourage young people to contact with all kinds of career, which may help them to find a new interest they never tried before and set up future goals.
In summary, the number of undergraduates and the mindset of college students have been the main contributors to the problem. To improve this problem, country and government need to put forward laws and policies and university graduates should change their minds to solve this problem together.
