It is widely recognized that there are plenty of young managers and team leaders working in various companies in the present day rather than in the past. This is on the grounds that they are the increase of their population and they are more productive. I believe that this trend offers both positive and negative points.
The rise of adolescents as a manager or CEO in a firm is because their population has considerably grown throughout the world, meaning they have a wide range of opportunities and inclinations to work in a big company. In other words, if they have excellent capacities and labor in the place for a long term, the owner of a firm will be attracted to employ them and they can become or join team leaders. Furthermore, due to the productivity of young people, numerous individuals desire to recruit them since they have better competencies and skills that are needed by an industry such as time management, leadership, and problem-solving. These abilities make them more productive as they can divide and schedule their jobs. To illustrate, there are plenty of teenagers who work in many factories in Indonesia because of the skills that are required in this era.
Another positive consequence of the aforementioned statement is that teenagers tend to adapt to cutting-edge technology. This means that many industries have modern machines or tools that are used to run their systems, but some elderly people do not have the competencies to deal with the methods, while young individuals can do it because of their growth in the millennium era. Furthermore, the possible negative repercussion is that some teenagers lack appropriate experiences that are pivotal as a manager. This is because after they finish their education, for example, they have not worked in an industry, whereas older people have many experiences. Hence, when they become a leader, they cannot control and monitor the systems in their companies.
In summary, I believe that young people are rising as CEO in many industries owing to the rise of their population and their productive. Moreover, although this trend can provide positive impacts for the firm, it also has negative effects, connected with a lack of experience.
