This is a growing trend in which businesses decide to establish their facilities in various nations. While some opponents claim that this tendency is accountable for detrimentally environmental issues, I advocate with those who maintain that the positives are greater than the negatives because of financial benefits and social development.
On the one hand, building factories in other countries raises deep concerns about pollution. Productions require raw materials such as water and resources, which can be contaminated due to overexploitation and not be processed before released. If companies do not directly experience consequences, they may ignore. Take India as a compelling example, an American chemical company had built their facilities in here with poor conditions, leading to escape toxic gas, which immediately impacts on the atmosphere and people over well – being. Therefore, this trend is debated with the key reasons about responsibility and safety.
Despite the drawbacks, more and more global businesses are establishing their factories in developing countries due to many available workers and abundant local resource utilizations. As a result, this phenomenon not only supplies a plenty of lower labor cost, but also undermines unemployment rate and enhances the quality of life. For example, Coca – cola had built their factories in Vietnam and ran numerous marketing campaigns such as “Share a coke”, which featured personalized bottles with popular names, recording the increasing consumption and profitability as well as dominating Vietnamese soft drinks market, their success highlights the crucial roles of access to suitable locations and the creative advertisements. Therefore, this tendency is such a win – win relationship and provides a lot of benefits regarding finance and society.
In conclusion, notwithstanding environmental disagreements, these unexpected situations are limited, depending on stringent regulations which businesses accept with authorities to ensure profitable collaborations. Therefore, I maintain that the advantages linking to job opportunities and global connections are more significant.
