Now more and more people prefer to work online. In my opinion, it is a positive development because individuals have a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from different places and countries, while in some cases people can become more shy and socially awkward.
By working from home, employees can possibly become socially awkward and get some trouble with communication. It means that if they work at home annually they will stop communicate with people as they used to on common work in the office. When a person works in an office, he or she must talk and support conversation with his or her colleagues, while at home during the working day she or he is always silent. Eventually, a person will forget how to communicate with other people. Nonetheless, freelance has more advantages such as flexible working days and the ability to work from the arbitrary country around the world.
If an individual works from home he or she will have flexible hours. What I mean by this is that a human being can choose by himself or herself his or her working hours. Also, an individual can work from any place, which means that he or she will not suffer from stress because of being in the same country. He or she can travel around the world, which means that he or she will always be in a good mood, and the productivity of the company in which he or she works will double. Therefore, all sides will benefit from working online.
In conclusion, I tend to believe that advantages such as a flexible schedule and the ability to work from anywhere outweigh disadvantages such as becoming an anti-social person.
