These days work from home is getting to be popular and many people choose to work from home instead of working from office. Everything has both merits and demerits.

The main advantage of work from home is that employees can create their own comfort place at home when, also can promote their productivity. Working remotely is economical as well, as people do not have to waste time in travelling while going to office and they also have to spend money on travelling. By avoiding going to office regularly, they can be more productive, and can save lots of time and money at the same time. Can give some time to family as well. Everything on across the globe has pros and cons, similarly, work from home also comes up with disadvantages as well.

The disadvantage of work from home, is that employees are bound to depend on wifi or electricity power supply at their home. Without these they won’t be able to work which will impact their productivity. While working remotely, they can could not be able to think like co-workers and seniors, they will be dependent on meetings only for their engagement related to work. Also people would require extra room for working as working while family is around is sometimes quite tough and challenging.

In conclusion the advantages of working from home are outweighed by the disadvantages because the discussed are both possible and in terms of efficiency and comfort working remotely is quite better than commuting to the office everyday.
