These days, numerous numbers of people are having fun by taking a trip. While others say it has bad effects,Travelling reduces stress and builds relationships.
Travel to foreign countries is useful for humans. We are living in a competitive world, and competing makes us stressed, and traveling is a reduction in stress. It has been significantly proven to decrease depression and help us to relax. According to scientific research at Harvard, after three days of travel, travelers felt well-rested, we’re less anxious, and their percentage of work rose. Moreover, travel builds relationships. Today humans are busy with work even though they don’t have time to explore new people, but during the travel they don’t only travel but also find new friends.
On the other hand, some disagree that travel can cause health risks. Travelling to other regions of the world brings us to new environments and climates, which can pose health risks and new diseases our body might not be accustomed to. Travel may involve major changes in temperature and humidity and exposure to microbes and insects.
In conclusion, to my thinking, all citizens should take a trip because this helps to overcome stress and to find new personalities.
