In todayʼs era of glabalization many teenagers are choosing commence their personal business instead of working for corporation. In my opinion this is a positive aspect as children develop self-confidence and creativity. But there are also negative aspects, such the stress of failur.
Lokking at it one way, young businessmens think differently and they use efficient modern technology to introduce new products or services to the market. In this way, they create through income sources and achieve financial stability in the future. Additionally, entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving experience boost their self-confidence. However, in some condition, if businessmans is experience fail, they will be high stress.
On the other hand, working in company is better I think, since there are many benefecials such as social security, benefits, teamwork experience and work-life balance. Working in a company most of the time provides medical insurance, pension fund as well as other social protection benefits. Moreover, collaborating in a group setting help to humans develop communication skill and work cooperation together. Also, many establishments suggest fixed work time and vacation chance. For example, my uncle is also work institution. He takes a one-month vacation once a year.
In conclusion, this state has positive and necative aspects. Self-confidence is a postive side, but stress is a negative one.
