In this media-related world humanity eagerly utilising gadgets that lead to a lack of communication skills among each other. The idea to interact with both smartphones and real-life conversations are essential. However, people prefer conveying information online instead of offline interactions.
There are lots of personalities who prefer online cooperations rather than face-to-face conversations. Negotiations with online devices are advantageous for quick calls. Moreover, conventional communication as not convenient as online platforms. For instance, I, as a student studying overseas, need to talk to my parents who are living on the other side of the planet. And, online platforms provide good opportunities to call my parents without having any troubles to communicate.
Another reason of implementing online devices include less social pressure and anxiety that people have while communicating in everyday life. Take introverts, for example. Most of the time they are inclined toward online conversations because of the concerns they have during face-to-face interactions. In addition, smartphones offer coziness for individuals with disabilities to engage with others. Therefore, the advantage of incorporating online devices overtake the real world conversations.
To conclude, the more individuals apply online tools the less they are interested in face-to-face communication. Except this, from my perspective in this modernised 21st century having online negotiations are facilitating than conventional way of communication.
