Many recruiters assume that formal academic qualification people are more crucial rather than experience workers and personal qualities, when they seek for employees. From my perspective this is happened by several reasons such as fake identity, different jobs criteria and skills. And from my prediction it has positive implication in the workplaces.
Initially, at present, the education systems are upgraded involving practical working experience and vocational training centers. They provide advanced skills which require in the modern workplaces. Therefore, academic students become more competent and productive. Consequently, when they are looking for jobs, they can get jobs mush easily. In addition, they contribute to growing productivities of the companies. Even if they can show their academic documents which are more reliable to the employers. Since they can demonstrate legal documents, employers can depend on them. on the other hand, sometime some experience workers submit fake identity and do offence in the workplaces. That is why companies choose academic qualifications before selecting workers. Secondly, educated workers not only adjust to the new environment but also they are more creative and ambitious. Because of this they discover new innovative technics in order to develop quality of produces. But, Although experience employees can contribute to enhancing quality of produces, they cannot retain discipline. For instance; A big company in Bangladesh is starting hair educated workers then experience workers because many employees lodged fake identity before joining the workplace and within two years the reputation of the company was declined as some workers were suspected. So many news channels was blaming to the company that it recruits workers without inquiring them. thus, in 198 it was banned for momentary. but in recent years it was opened again and the company only selects staffs with academic qualification certificates.
To sum up, I would like to say Although experience staffs are needed, educated workers are more crucial for most of the companies. Moreover, academic qualification can ensure their real identity that helps recognize people characteristic.
