In this day and age, most people used to think about bloggers positively; as a result, the younger generation started to respect them without even knowing their background information. From my point of view, this action has a negative impact on them, and in this essay I will provide some examples which harm our children.
Initially, as technology became more popular, individuals started to watch famous bloggers and TV stars through social media. In most cases, these stars behave badly, and this can influence young adults or children under 16. Most of their content has a disclaimer and age limit, but unfortunately users skip or avoid this information and continue watching the content. They become devoted fans because of the bloggers’ charisma and are influenced by the behavior of these superstars. For example, research conducted on children under 18 showed that nearly half of them were influenced by regularly watching sensitive content. As a result, they adopted bad behavior and became more stressed.
Furthermore, artists with bad behavior not only influence attitudes but also lead to changes in mentality. The ideas presented in their speeches may influence children’s mindset, and as a result, they are more likely to change their beliefs. Most bloggers with bad behavior target adults, and they do not care about how their words affect younger audiences. For example, they often discuss political themes. This kind of topic can harm children’s attitude toward their country.
To summarize, admiring media stars can lead to harmful effects on children, and parents are recommended to control their children’s internet activities in order to reduce the influence of bloggers they watch.
