Nowadays most information transmitted over the internet. And online platforms are growing more and more in Uzbekistan as well as in the whole world. In Uzbekistan there are platforms like Uzum Market or Zoodmall where consumers can share reviews of products and services. In these online platforms you can tell people if the product is satisfactory or not.
As an example from my personal experience I can cite the experience of purchasing from Uzum Market, by the way It was a rather unexpected experience. When I wanted to buy clothes I came across an ad on this platform, there was the clothes that I wanted, and of course I immediately ordered them without looking at the reviews. Day after I went to pick up the goods, but when I wanted to check the quality of the goods at the point of delivery, it greatly upset me, therefore I returned the product and wrote a corresponding review about this product. The point of the story is not checking reviews before purchasing
In my opinion, these types of platforms are really good because they saves people time by helping them chose quality products, they work 24 hours a day and we can buy smth anytime, protect us from bad goods and offer only good products to their consumers.
The arguments we have presented would indicate that online platforms with the possibility of giving reviews fully serve the interests of people.
