After careful consideration, I firmly believe that printing newspaper should be stopped, as producing only the online version would be more cost effective and accessible.

To begin with, nowadays most individuals possess a smart phone or laptop, which makes accessing online content easier than ever. Given the user-friendliness of the website, subscribers are only a few clicks away from their favorite contents. Furthermore, the news can be uploaded way faster than distributing them in the city, making the readers to grab the up-to-date news in shorter time.

In addition, this approach would save the company a lot of money, as it requires no paper and less energy used to produce the newspaper. On the other hand, not only would removing the need for papers be environmentally-friendly, but it could enhance your company’s image within the city. Moreover, considering the low number of readers purchasing the print version, keep producing it would not be profitable for the company.

In conclusion, while I acknowledge that some readers may prefer to receive the print version of the newspaper, given the cost-effectiveness, accessibility, and benefits for environment, I strongly endorse stopping the production of the print version as the superior option.
