Citizens believe that there is no need to pay tax to the state and should be able to keep whole amount they earn. I completely disagree with this view because hospitals system will collapse with this and the second most important thing is society, which is police department will also run out of budget and this will cause major issues.
To begin with, government hospitals will not be able to run without tax payers money because there are number of expenditures of hospitals that rely on taxes such as doctors salaries, electricity bills and medicines which people use. When hospitals will not be able to manage all these expenses then obviously state will have to close them and this will have detrimental affects on the society. As a result, when people will not be able to get medicine and treatment then they will die and this will damage the economy of the country as well. Therefore, Tax is a mandatory thing for all the paople.
Furthermore, police is also a government sector which is used for law and order and to keep the society safe from all dangers. The salary of police officers is paid by local people tax because they work for them and when people will not pay tax then government will not be able to manage their expenses on their own and they will have to close the department and with this act crime rates will dramatically increase. For example, in Nepal, people was denied to pay tax then shortly their country was collapsed and run out of budget.
In conclusion, I strongly disagree with this statement because tax is of paramount importance need for not only hospitals but also for police departments. As these two sectors run montly on citizens taxes.
