Around the world children spend many times when they look at their phones, so it is leads to many problems. Using smartphones a lot of time a day can provide many types of health issues. However, adults and government organisations can control, provide events about lack of using phones and tackle these problems.

The majority of children have problems with health like lack of good seeing, physical and social problems. Nowadays, children usually spend a day at home, their friendship connection not too strong, because they prefer to be alone, that why they have health issues. When children using digital technology it leads to losing high level of seeing, after that they wear glasses whole life. In these days children do not have enough outdoor activities, it is a reason why children in our century so weakly and have many leaks with their health.

The children’s quantity of using smartphones had increased than previous centuries, because parents and school do not enough pay attention for this problem. School organisations will tackle these problems if they take place the special events to protect students to digital spheres. On the other hand, parents also should find a solutions of these wrong aspects. For example, they can talk with their child about how can be dangerous to using modern techniques and explain about time limit or digital detox.

In conclusion, if both sides find solutions of these problems, children will protect and avoid many types of illness. Because adults should pay more time with their children and show them that in life we have many more interested things than mobile phones
