Therefore, the number one solution would be the education of public awareness. Many individuals will not care about the issues that unhealthy foods can bring so that they could consume them more than twice or three times a day due to full-time work and sedentary lifestyle. By educating people its components and nutrients, people can have an opportunity to comprehend and expore the affects of those foods. This understanding can be beneficial for their overall well-being as well.
Moreover, the obesity is not only reasons of eating too much foods, but aslo a lack of physical exercises that can have profound affect in people’s lives. Although becoming overweight is a serious with its influences which can have detrimental implications on live, the role of exercises can play a crucial role to reduce it.
