In recent years, there has been controversial debate about the cause of pollution. Some people believe transportation of products and people are responsible for that, while others blame the government. Personally, I think the both factors are play an equal role.
On the one hand, pollution is caused from individuals daily actions. Many people are using environmentally harmful transports such as cars, airplanes and motorcycles instead of choosing alternative ones.This resulting tons of gas emissons being released from the private cars in urban areas. This negatively contributing the air quality causing the air pollution. Furthermore, this phenomenon can be seen in the transportation of products. This process involves ship transport which emit harmful chemicals to the ocean. As a result, the aqua environment and coastal areas are get polluted. These demonstrate that people and transportation of products are the source of pollution.
On the other hand, the government also plays a significant role in the pollution. The government has a power to limit environmental harmful actions. For example, they can set up a regulations that may restrict actions such as car usage or transportation of products that causes pollution. This means, if the government do not take this action, the pollution will continue to increase.
In conclusion, both government and individuals are in charge of pollution as each contribute it in their own way.
