Conducted research shows that most of perpetrators who are imprisoned recommit crimes after being set free. In my opinion, it stems from officials’ unsuccessful policies and reconsidering policies adressed to this issue is likely to prevent this negative trend.
Unviable policies are primary reasons of this issue. Governments should enact feasible programmes that adress to ex-prisoners’ rehabilitation cautiously, however they pass pointless programs for all prisoners. Unlikely viable state programs, unviable programs contain generalized methods for every criminal, including teenagers, people with disabilities. This do not let explore private reasons for the act, including addiction. For example, a country which assess a perpetrator’s background is likely to succeed at rehabilitate him. Because this will help governments set private aims, including psychological asist.
I firmly consider that raising allocations on policies which combat with the increasing number of people commit crimes after being set free. Because now satisfying quality of policies is related with poor-investing. The lack of investment does not let to recruit expertise people to launch effective individual domestical plans and to implement effective methods. However funding will let to attract professional expertises and to apply comprehensive methods, which will contain inclusive approach.
In conclusion, limited state policies are main reasons for hindering the quality of rehabilitation and leading to recommit crimes by ex-prisoners. Applying comprehensive and individual programs will foster to reduce the number of crimes commited by ex-prisoners.
