It is generally observed that sales companies should recruit people who are hungry for money as they will make the most dedicated workers. In my opinion I totally disagree with this statement,.
On the one hand ,there are some reasons why I disagree with this statement. The primary reason is their skills. to elaborate it, when anyone have communications skills or the way of talk with another person and sale the product of their companie its and for more better for compaines as well as many other factors such as management skills , personality, more efficiency for their work,and work more in less time , for example if company have their valuable personality and more experienceable person so it is golden opportunity for increased level of their company . to clarify it, nasa company the report , which is first private company lands on the moon because of their special individuals with the help of and employee and assistance.as a result, the company will be rise with the help of better employees
On the other hand,due to certain causes sales companies should recruit that individuals which are selfish for money primarily ,they worked more in less time
to exemplify it , lot of individuals are greedy for earn huge amount of money so workers want to complete their work in less time so work quality can decrease and also it will drop the product marketing they become money minded furthermore, they don’t care about company reputation that person which is greedy for money they have no quality how to deal with customers how to talk in polite way therefore, it can drop marketing of company .
To conclude it,even though it has some positive results,still in my opinion the negative side including they worked more in less time and they dont care about company reputation should not be ingnored
