It is argued that schools focus far too much on traditional subjects , failing to prepare students for the realistic demands of the modern working world. This essay totally disagree because educational system provides foundational knowledge for their general education and careers and with applicable abilities across various job markets .

First of all , concentrating in traditional subjects is essential for developping skills important for every job.For instance, studying mathematics help students to improve their problem-solving and analystic skills which are crucial in fields like finance , engineering and archictecture. Aditionally , arts and social subjects as philosophy and literature , have a profound impact on student’s communication skills and critical thinking which will help them in evaluating anything happens in their life.All of this abilities are vital for a person’s career and aid them in solving both personal and proffesional problems.

Moreover, as the job market is changing rapidly, employees must adapt to these changes, and the key is a strong educational foundation .Without the ability to acquire new knowledge and skills , adapting with the modern working world is going to be challenging. For example, many employers seek candidates who have a strong background of traditional subjects but also demonstrate ability to learn and grow. This combination of foundational knowledge and adaptability is crucial for success in demands from modern workplaces.

In conclusion , academic institutions play an essential role in preparing students for the challenges in various fields for the future by providing a foundation for critical thinking , analystics skills and communication .
