People hold differing views about the merits and demerits of informing individuals about the advantages and disadvantages of consuming convenience food. While people believe that it bears favourable aspects, I would argue that its unfavourable features are greater and it should be scrutinized.

On the one hand, it is argued that people derive countless benefits when utilise education to tackle the problem of unhealthy food. Firstly, instruction boosts human understanding to have a deeper insight into junk food. For instance, by education, each individual will differ between gains and drawbacks to furnish enough edible sources that are rich in nutrients beneficial for health and the body. In this way, it can also facilitate human metabolism and immunity to prevent ailments, improve our health and expand our longevity. Furthermore, education facilitates personal development to have sufficient experience, knowledge and competence for decision-making. For example, by participating in extracurricular activities related to healthcare, you will be provided with strategies to address your personal health issues. At that point, each person will draw precious lessons to take appropriate action. When choosing suitable and safe food sources minimize risks and maximize benefits.

However, some main elements may shed light on why health education may not be the best option for every situation. First of all, there is no denying that junk food can be seen as a force for good for somebody. As an illustration, it is considered a tool that helps people stress-relieving after exhausting working hours, mentally fatigued and burn out. Processed food also helps some families address issues related to time and money. To illustrate, we can compare the time it takes to prepare a full meal with a quick meal with pre-packaged food during busy days, ready-made meals will contribute to time-saving to schedule, organize, manage and maximize the time spent on priorities, though this method, each individual will have a respite and also strike a balance between work and their personal life. Moreover, those who are struggling financially consider junk food as a strategy for time efficiency. On account of this, costs are budget-friendly. Therefore, people can save money for other priorities to better their lives.

In conclusion, although people believe that shooling is truly beneficial I find myself in full accord with the notion that training about health in some situations has more adverse effects and we should put it under scrutiny.
