The Industrial Revolution in the 18th century has replaced human resources with machines. Nowadays, technology advancements are growing rapidly. Therefore, many people are forced to be unemployed due to this emerging machinery that replaced their jobs. I firmly agree that in this modern era, many unemployment is caused by technological improvements. In this essay, I will give a more detailed discussion about this topic.
First of all, it is undeniable that machinery are designed to increase effectiveness in people’s work. At first, these advancements are looked at a way to help workers to be more productive. However, technological inventions are frequently updated to be more superior. Moreover, with the invention of the newest technology, such as AI has put a lot of jobs in danger of unemployment.
Unfortunately, I extremely agree that a greater rate of machinery improvements holds an immense risk for workers. Because robots can easily work longer hours and are arguably more consistent than human resources. Therefore, I believe many people are unable to keep up working at a machine’s rate.
