Education plays a vital role in every children life for their future and also gives them an opportunities to contribute their persued knowledge to their country.Many people believe that the education should be to prepare the young puplis for the future employment, while other argue that education should be taught in the way that students became a responsible individual in the society with high moral value. This essay will discuss both the view before explaining why I support latter view.
Those who support that education should be employment oriented argue that student might get better jobs to secure and improve their lifestyle. In the present time every sector needs highly educated and skilled employees. Education can play an essential role to prepare the young students, as young pupils can learn fast and by the end of their education they are fully aware of the skills and knowledge that are required in the targated employment sector. As a result when a graduate student get any job, they can perform and contribute better in their work area. For instance ,in India ,when a university student enters into thier last year of bechlor , they have to do intership complusory to gain some experience and are being aware of how system works.
Nevertheless, critics argue that education should be in a way that it makes children to be a good citizens and have great ethics. As they believe that if an education only focus on preparing student for workforce ,so that, they can get high paying jobs, will make graduates more greedy for the money.This will result them to become self oriented. As consiquences,there will be a weaker bond among the people and might lose the concept of unity. To illustrate, an employee at higher position whose primary goal is to earn money will do anything to achieve it without thinking of adverse effect that will affect the other employees due to them.
In conclusion, although a well education provides better better employment rate and will result in stable fininancial future , but, I believe that a person with good value can lead a way far better life, as, they can earn more respect in the society and can lead a peaceful life.
