Some individuals think it is compulsory for urban cities to make investments in creating more outdoor places. In my opinion, i agree that large outdoor spaces should be built in urban area, but i also think building companies for job creation is a good place for investment as it will give good returns.
Firstly, Urban cities are characterized by a large population of people, that mostly have their days filled with hustling jobs and trying to make a living through out the week, and during the weekend the indwellers of the city would like to relieve themselves by engaging in outdoor activities, for example a walk in the park or visiting amusement centers. This is a form of therapy to them as it helps with stress relief after a week of consistent work and that is very beneficial to their health.
However, making invesments like building only large public spaces is not a solution to the society issues in itself. The urban cities suffers from unemployment too. Due to the large population of people there are less jobs available to go round, and the need for more buisness offices should be considered important. Take for instance, I am unemployed, and i have no money to take myself out to these public spaces built, then im no benefactor to this investment, as i cannot afford them since i have no job and no money.
Lastly, it is indeed a fantastic idea to invest in building these outdoor spaces, considereing that it will serve as a place for tourist attraction, which will help to boost the cities economy growth. But other things like Investing in good road facilities, building better hospitals, building more school centers should also be considered important investment as these will bring good returns to the cities economic growth and also satisfy the needs of the people,
To sum up, with my above listed reasons, i believe there is more a city needs than just building Bigger outdoor spaces.
