Recently, there’s been a growing emphasis on prohibiting sport competitions from young generations because it causes a source of emotional stress. From my point of view, I disagree with this opinion and in this essay, I will discuss the possible reasons.
The first reason is that sport competitions not only play a vital role in encouraging people to be more engaged in sports but also help people practice harder to achieve their goals. Moreover, engaging in sports competitions provides numerous advantages for the physical, mental, and social development of youth.
