Because a reputation organization will always attract the attention of nations , it can help them by setting common target , collecting the reliable data to find people that dangerous of environment issues and creating pressure for national authorities. Moreover, it also is a financial resource to provide amount of money for some poorer nations that tack a few problems such as pollution , climate change,…Acknowledge that there are many benefits from a global institution.
Even so, solving environment issues by each local agencies is the most important . There are 2 main explanation to show that ones .
