Many people believe that the perfect way to stay fit is to join a gym or fitness center, while others think that daily activities like walking and climbing stairs are sufficient. In my view, this is an essential issue in our society. Some individuals go to the gym to stay fit, but after a month, they often find themselves gaining weight. The outcome depends on the individual and various circumstances beyond our control.
There are many advantages to joining a health club. Many gyms offer expert guidance, including personal trainers and fitness classes, to help people exercise correctly and safely. Some people also go to the gym to meet wealthy individuals. However, health clubs come with their own set of challenges, such as expensive membership fees, crowded conditions during peak hours, the risk of injury, and hygiene concerns. Many people choose not to join a health club because they feel they lack the time.
On the other hand, I believe that engaging in daily activities like walking in fresh air and climbing stairs is a simple and convenient way to stay fit for everyone. Doctors recommend walking for 45 minutes on an empty stomach in the morning, as this method is very helpful and effective. Walking can lead to lower energy levels, reduce the risk of muscle loss, improve breathing, alleviate stress, and regulate sleep patterns. Moreover, climbing stairs helps keep us fit. Nowadays, many people use elevators, but replacing that with stair climbing would be a more productive choice.
