Artistic occupations, including musicians, painters, and poets, are considered to be promoted by government support. Meanwhile, other individuals claim that this notion is unnecessary. Personally, I strongly agree with the first statement, supporting these jobs due to their practical benefits.
There are two main reasons for my agreement with this issue. Initially, artistic activists like them stand as a symbol for each national culture. In past periods, poets played a vital role as soldiers fighting against invasion through hard-hitting poetry, which reinforced the communal spirit to establish organizations to regain independence and exclude foreign forces. Furthermore, musicians and painters evoke unique culture by creating meaningful songs and impressive paintings. This is proven through national songs; without the talent of musicians, there would be fewer aspects for countries to be proud of, a feature essential for each nation’s general development around the world. And painters also create renowned paintings about their countries to honor sacrifices, which cannot be lacked .
On the other hand, there is still a setback in terms of funding for this field. This aspect can constrict development in some nations because of investment shortages. Therefore, people do not completely adopt this idea for fear of losing their own priorities. However, governments can allocate their budgets sufficiently by attracting more foreign investment, which is relatively appropriate for most nations in the current era. With the rise of other funding, needy nations can not only enhance those artistic jobs steadily but also impulse the progress of their industrial economy and further fields. As a result, the issue arising among the practical benefits is able to be improved by suitable policies.
In conclusion, investment in the artistic field is a pivotal campaign to develop the economy integrally. Although there is a setback regarding this notion, governments still have methods to deal with this problem efficiently by calling for more foreign support. And the advantages of this tendency also have their role in shaping national culture.
