On the one hand, since the internet and computers emerged, employers have started to get a usage of it and intensively use new inventions in the workplace. Computers have been doing a part of duties which most of the time had been done by people. A case in point is calculation, which was managed by accontant, but these days automatic calculations machines occupy this field. Thus, people can stop doing additional work which can be done by program. All in all, such inventions have helped many companies in distribution of efficient work.
On the other hand, relying and offering all the work to techs is not always as precise as it is supossed to be. Plenty of individuals overuse technology which leads to the lack of abilities to do the same functions as well as misleading people. For instance, an accountant in NASA was replaced with a computer to count certain formulas which led to not accurate and excessive work. Hence, relying on robots the work might turn out unsuccessful.
To conclude, as companies have belief in technology, mistakes and missings are still possible. From my point of view, It is significant to re-check the work done by computers, otherwise it can decrease the effectiveness of the workforce.
